Note: Innovation projects can only be created by users in the role of manager. The chosen project team gets edit rights for the Innovation project.
In the Trendmanager, we give you a practical template for describing your Innovation projects in detail: What is the Innovation project for? Who is the target group and what should be achieved at the end of the project (a product, service, know-how or a process)? What kind of milestones are there in the project and the market environment?
Make it clear and visible which colleagues are working on the content for the Innovation project. These colleagues can edit the Innovation project and augment it with detailed background knowledge. They can also link the projects to existing Innovation fields, Trend Radars and macro-trends.
